Our Goals

• Accessible Menstrual Hygiene Products.
  Ensure the girls particularly those from low-income backgrounds or marginalized communities have access to sanitary towels.
• Menstrual Hygiene Education.
  It aims at raising awareness about menstrual hygiene practices, including proper use and disposal of sanitary towels, to promote good menstrual health and prevent infections or other health issues.
• Breaking Menstrual Taboos and Stigma
  Challenge societal taboos and stigmas surrounding menstruation by promoting open conversations, providing accurate information, and creating safe spaces for discussion.
• Sustainable Menstrual Practices.
  Encourage the use of eco-friendly menstrual products, i.e the reusable pads, to promote sustainability and reduce environmental impact.
• Health and Hygiene Promotion.
  Emphasize the importance of maintaining overall reproductive health and hygiene, proper genital care, and the use of hygienic practices during menstruation.
• Menstrual Equity and Gender Equality.
  Advocate for menstrual equity, which includes ensuring that all girls have access to menstrual products and services without financial or social barriers, thereby promoting gender equality
• Economic empowerment.
  The Digni Hub hopes to empower young mothers through group formation and creating a self-sustainable value chain whereby the organization will be equipping them with business skills and vocational training as well as providing them with materials required to make soap and the reusable sanitary towels which the organization will buy from them to facilitate the program. This will provide the young mothers with a sustainable source of income generation to attain financial independence and cater for their families at large.
• Human trafficking Awareness and Prevention.
  Increase awareness about the risks and signs of sex exploitation and human trafficking, aiming to prevent vulnerable girls from falling victim to sex exploitation crimes.
